About the Centre
The Deepings Community Centre was opened in October 2000 after 3 years of work by a group of local people. The acquisition of the Old Health Centre by the SKDC provided the base. The Centre is now well established, a Limited Company by Guarantee and has Charitable Status. The Centre is run entirely by volunteers including the Board of Directors. It is part of the Deepings Community Trust and recently included the Deepings Community Library.
If you would like to be a volunteer or would like any more information please contact us or visit us at the centre.
There is a large well lit car park area with easy access for the disabled.
Deeping Community Library
Deeping Community Library joined the Deepings Community Trust in 2015 and is the busiest community run library in Lincolnshire. It has a beautiful building, full of lovely books for adults and children alike. Stock changes regularly, thanks to the partnership with Lincolnshire Libraries.

There are special events like puppet shows, author workshops and theatre groups. For teens and young adults quiet corners for using phones, laptops or tablets are offered and a large range of young adult books by well-known and popular authors.
